The Association of COVID-19 Degree on Transamination and Bilirubin Levels of COVID-19 Patients in RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang

Background : Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious viral disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 that has infected the world. COVID-19 can cause abnormalities which are characterized increased levels of enzyme transaminase and bilirubin. Research on association between enzymes bilirubin still limited, further research needed degree transaminases enzymes. Aim: To determine liver function severity outcome patients. Method: This was cross-sectional study. Sampling method using consecutive sampling at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malangwho treated from June 1st 2021 until November 31st Department Internal Medicine. Statistical analysis used Kruskal Walllis Mann Whitney test with a significance level p<0.5% correlation Spearman. Result: Among 90 patients included in this study there strong positive SGOT (r=0.954, p <0.001) SGPT (r=0.727, according to regression test, towards (p=0.026 CI95%: 0.002-0.028).
